Construction management firm Urban Atelier Group (UAG) announced promotions for six team members. Among those promoted includes TC Neuhs, VP, Financial Operations Manager; Danielle Acciari, Controller; George Rodriguez, Director, Cost; Jack Logan, Director, Preconstruction; Marc Pio, Director, Safety; and Matthew Liebel, Project Director.

Our culture is rooted in the ethos of an atelier, and we view our team as a creative workshop where each member has a voice and the ability to elicit change,” says President and CEO, Andy D’Amico. “Each individual promoted has made a positive and long-lasting impact at UAG. The newly elevated UAG leaders are valuable sources on a range of expert topics from the financial health and stability of the firm to safety across our project sites.”

TC Neuhs, Vice President, Financial Operations Manager
With over a decade of experience in the industry, TC provides leadership, governance, and direction of all financial practices, transactional agreements, and legal strategies for the firm. Additionally, TC oversees the Cost, Insurance, and Purchasing departments. In his new role, TC will continue to expand his corporate governance while strengthening and challenging our financial and operational success.
Danielle Acciari, Controller
Danielle oversees and directs UAG’s accounting and finance teams to support the execution and delivery of core business activities and profitability. In her new role as Controller, Danielle is responsible for all treasury and reporting functions within the firm. Danielle looks forward to forging strong relationships with the project teams to streamline day-to-day processes.
George Rodriguez, Director, Cost
As Director of Cost, George implements and administers project management and cost controls, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and transparent reporting across the atelier. In his new role, George looks forward to further leveraging the firm’s historical data for enriched analytics as the UAG plans for future work. Additionally, George focuses on enhancing automation and integration of our operational systems to streamline workflows and data reporting.
Jack Logan, Director, Preconstruction
As Director of Preconstruction, Jack leads preconstruction and estimating processes required to bring projects from conceptual design to construction documents, budget establishments, and all bidding activities. Jack will continue to counsel project partners and clients in his new role by analyzing potential development sites, including pre-development budgeting, site analysis, scheduling, value engineering, and more, to ensure project success and longevity.
Marc Pio, Director, Safety
As Director of Safety, Marc brings nearly 15 years of construction expertise and oversees safety protocols to ensure local, state, and federal standards across project sites. Marc spearheads safety programs and policies specific to the atelier and works closely with project teams to strategize schedules, logistics, high-risk activities, and training. In his new role, Marc will continue to expand the department to provide further safety knowledge and education while integrating new advanced technology to ensure the atelier’s health, wellness, and success.
Matt Liebel, Project Director
Matt brings over 15 years of industry experience to his new role as Project Director. Having served as a Senior Project Manager for the last five years, Matt has worked on several projects, including Morgan North, Halletts Point 20/30, and Victory Plaza. Matt leads complex projects from inception through completion with a high level of detail and technical expertise. Matt leads by example and serves as a mentor figure to his project teams, fostering relationships amongst his teams as well as with owners, subcontractors, and consultants.
