Tom holds the position of Vice President and Project Executive at UAG, leveraging over 25 years of comprehensive industry experience into his role. Equipped with technical prowess, field expertise, safety proficiency, and an advanced finance degree, Tom is uniquely positioned to oversee the successful execution of multiple developments from inception to completion. His primary objective is to ensure that project expectations are met and exceeded while adhering to stringent timelines and budgetary constraints. Tom adeptly manages project financials and navigates industry-driven challenges, implementing effective processes, protocols, and practices to optimize project outcomes. Tom’s project portfolio includes the completion of notable developments such as Kaufman Astoria, Walker House, 67 Vestry, and 505 State Street. Currently, Tom oversees three affordable housing developments in Rockaway Queens and the Bronx.
Before joining UAG, Tom served as a Senior Project Manager at Hunter Roberts Construction Group for eight years, contributing to the success of prominent projects such as 50 West Street and BioBat. Tom pursued his academic endeavors at NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He furthered his education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business. Outside of his professional commitments, Tom enjoys attending live concerts and participating in various sports activities.
