Tom Alaimo is the Senior Vice President, Preconstruction at UAG, where he oversees the Estimating, Purchasing, and Business Development departments. With over 15 years of experience and a background in urban planning and architecture, Tom brings deep expertise in real estate and construction management, enhancing and expanding the firm’s in-house client services.
Before assuming his current role, Tom served as a Project Executive at UAG, leading the successful delivery of high-profile developments such as Ruby, a two-tower multifamily rental project in Chelsea, and Powerhouse Arts, a hybrid rehabilitation and new construction facility in Gowanus, Brooklyn.
Prior to joining UAG, Tom held roles at RedSky Capital and JDS Development, where he contributed to major projects including the American Copper Buildings, Stella Tower, 613 Baltic Street, and Cube Wynwood.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning with a minor in Architecture from the University at Buffalo. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, golfing, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
