With over 25 years of experience, Steve holds the position of Vice President and Project Executive at UAG. Renowned for his expertise, Steve’s primary focus at the Atelier is proactively addressing and resolving conflicts and challenges encountered by internal and external project teams. His extensive experience encompasses leading projects from inception to completion, navigating agency approvals, addressing client requests, and overcoming operational obstacles.
Steve has played a pivotal role in numerous significant residential projects, notably contributing to the success of two condominium developments at 25 Park Row and Westly, as well as Bronx Point, a ground-up affordable housing development. Currently, Steve oversees 266 West 96th Street on the Upper West Side, Society Brooklyn & Sackett Place in Gowanus, Brooklyn, and two affordable housing developments.
Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Drexel University’s College of Engineering, further solidifying his foundation of knowledge in the field. Beyond his professional commitments at UAG, Steve finds solace in outdoor activities such as running, biking, golfing, and ice hockey.
