Stephen Baltzer

Project Executive

Stephen Baltzer is a Project Executive at UAG with over 37 years of experience in Construction Management. Stephen is responsible for construction oversight of UAG’s affordable housing portfolio, including 114 Snediker Avenue, a 5-story, 60,000 SF block and plank development with a rehabilitation shelter, and 1601 DeKalb Avenue, two 9-story towers totaling 117,000 SF. Stephen has a well rounded and diverse background in estimating, project management, and as a Principal at various construction management firms. Before joining UAG in 2023, Stephen constructed nine affordable housing developments in seven years with The Arker Company.

Stephen received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the State University of New York Oswego. Stephen enjoys boating, fishing, and extreme outdoor sports outside of work.
