With over ten years of experience, George is the Director of Cost at UAG. In his role, he implements and administers project management controls, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and transparent reporting across the atelier’s projects. In addition, he provides ongoing budget and cost control to support project teams, monitors and reports the status of general conditions, assists operations with the projection of their work-in-place for their projects, and evaluates the accuracy through on-site visits and audits. Additionally, George evaluates project-specific data monthly to formulate a forecasted outcome for project earnings and consolidates the data into a summary Risk and Reserve Report for the leadership team and ownership.
George graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. George loves music, sports, and spending time with his family and friends outside of the office. He also participates in Cycle for Survival and is committed to a variety of not-for-profits in the city.
