VICTORY PLAZA

Victory Plaza is a nine-story, 136-unit affordable housing development for low-income seniors on West 118th Street in Harlem, New York. The development features a landscaped outdoor recreation area, a fitness center, and a programmed community space. The building was developed and constructed by Fifth Avenue Builders, a joint partnership between Camber Property Group and Urban Atelier Group.
