THE WESTLY

UAG provided preconstruction and construction services for The Westly, a modern interpretation of prewar construction on the Upper West Side. The 20-story, 137,000-square-foot boutique residential condominium features three cantilevers, growing in size as they ascend to the top. The development includes 51 primary two-to-five-bedroom residences, a 3,500-square-foot penthouse, and various indoor and outdoor amenities.
