MORGAN NORTH
UAG proudly led preconstruction and construction management services for Morgan North, a 10-story, 1.3 million square foot development constructed in 1933 for postal occupancy. With a rich history spanning three centuries, the adaptive reuse and redevelopment of the US Post Office Services (USPS) Processing and Distribution Center have transformed this historic site into a new paradigm for the modern workplace. The commercial floors span 630,000 square feet with 17-foot ceilings, vast skylights, and a two-acre green roof. The development features New York City’s largest roof terrace with shaded workspaces, cabanas for gathering, a pedestrian walking path, social and game areas, and a fitness and wellness area.
