UAG guides preconstruction and construction management services for Halletts Point 20 & 30, two mixed-use towers totaling 800,000 square feet atop a shared parking foundation along the waterfront on a former industrial yard in Queens, New York. Together, the developments feature 650 mixed-income units, bringing housing, retail, and community-oriented amenities to the local neighborhood. Halletts Point 20 & 30 are the third and fourth buildings developed in the seven-building Halletts Point complex.
