335 Eighth Avenue
UAG provides preconstruction and construction management services for 335 Eighth Avenue, a seven-story, 200,000-square-foot development in partnership with Penn South’s affordable housing initiative in Chelsea. The project features 190 units, with 30% allocated to low-to-middle-income New Yorkers. Lidl Grocer will occupy 23,000 square feet at the base of the building, with 13,000 square feet dedicated to three additional retail offerings.
