UAG led preconstruction and construction services for Ruby, a 22-story residential rental in West Chelsea. The development includes 480 units, with 30% dedicated to affordable housing through the Affordable New York program. The façade features contextual masonry inspired by the rich historic architectural fabric of the neighborhood, featuring hand-laid brick, richly patterned surfaces, and narrow setbacks. Ruby features 19,000 SF of community-oriented amenities, including a rooftop pool, lounge, grilling terrace, and wellness center.
