The project encompasses 127 units, featuring 33 studios, 52 one-bedroom apartments, 24 two-bedroom apartments, and 18 three-bedroom residences. Emphasizing a commitment to the Enterprise Green Communities criteria, the development focuses on improving energy efficiency, reducing carbon emissions, and prioritizing the health and well-being of the community. The building is developed and constructed by Fifth Avenue Builders, a joint partnership between Camber Property Group and Urban Atelier Group.
