13-12 Beach Channel Drive

Situated in Far Rockaway, Queens, 13-12 Beach Channel Drive is an eight-story building comprising 147 units, providing a mix of affordable, supportive, and shelter accommodations complemented by social services programming. The shelter component functions as a dedicated 100-bed facility catering to single adult women, offering access to therapy services focused on recovery and community reintegration. The building is developed and constructed by Fifth Avenue Builders, a joint partnership between Camber Property Group and Urban Atelier Group.
