114 SNEDIKER AVENUE

114 Snediker Avenue is a 60,000-square-foot all-electric women’s shelter. The facility encompasses 60 dormitory-style units, providing accommodation for 200 beds. This progressive project incorporates environmentally conscious elements, including solar panels, a green roof garden, and a greenhouse featuring various seasonal vegetables. These features are designed to foster community engagement within the building, enhancing the overall living experience for its residents. The building is developed and constructed by Fifth Avenue Builders, a joint partnership between Camber Property Group and Urban Atelier Group.
