505 STATE STREET
UAG spearheaded preconstruction and construction management services for 505 State Street, New York City’s first all-electric residential tower. The development includes 440 market-rate units with over 30,000 square feet of retail at the base. 505 State Street is part of a larger initiative called the Alloy Block, comprising five buildings that provided residential, educational, commercial, cultural, and retail spaces for the residents of Downtown Brooklyn.
