The developments feature 517 apartments in total, with 75% market rate rentals and 25% designated as affordable housing through the Affordable Housing New York Program. Society Brooklyn is 371,000 SF with 344 units and features studios-to-two-bedroom residences. Sackett Place is 234,000 SF with 173 units and is geared toward families with one-to-three-bedroom residences. Both developments include a wellness center, outdoor swimming pool, and roof terrace, which overlooks retail at the base, the expansive waterfront park and esplanade.
