505 State Street is New York City’s first all-electric residential tower, where UAG spearheaded preconstruction and construction management services. The development includes 440 market-rate units and over 30,000 square feet of retail at the base. 505 State Street is part of the Alloy Block, a five-building initiative delivering residential, educational, commercial, cultural, and retail spaces to the heart of Downtown Brooklyn.
