BRONX POINT
UAG led preconstruction and construction services for Bronx Point, a transformative mixed-use development sprawling approximately 530,000 SF. This development brought permanently affordable housing, interactive and educational community facilities, retail, and engaging new public space adjacent to the Harlem Waterfront in the South Bronx. Additionally, Bronx Point is home to the Hip Hop Museum, a new cultural destination celebrating local Hip Hop music and culture to inspire, empower, and promote understanding.
