Stevenson Square
Stevenson Square Buildings 4, 5, and 6 are part of a master development in collaboration with HPD, HDC, HCR, and the New York City Council. Building 4 is a six-story, 72,000-square-foot development designed to create 117 affordable senior housing units, prioritizing healthy living and sustainability. The project is in partnership with the non-profit Regional Aid for Interim Needs (R.A.I.N.), a Bronx-based agency prioritizing senior care. Neighboring Buildings 5 and 6 comprise two independent structures totaling 70,000 square feet, accommodating 58 homeownership residences ranging from one to three bedrooms. Upon completion, the master development will encompass nearly 1,000 new affordable rental and condominium units, 30,000 square feet of community facility space, walking paths, a sensory playground, and ample outdoor landscaped recreation space. The buildings are developed and constructed by Fifth Avenue Builders, a joint partnership between Camber Property Group and Urban Atelier Group.
