25 PARK ROW

UAG spearheaded the preconstruction and construction services for 25 Park Row, a timeless art-deco-inspired skyscraper with views overlooking City Hall Park in Manhattan’s Financial District. The 50-story structure, characterized by cascading terraces, comprised 110 residential units atop a five-story lower structure housing commercial and retail spaces. The architectural design and construction seamlessly integrated historical motifs from its surroundings with contemporary details, creating a modern development.
Custom biophilic screens adorned every terrace, loggia, and railing, serving as a unique connection point between the building and the park below.
